□PASSPORT AND VISA REQUIREMENTS

A valid passport is required to enter Japan. Participants from countries that are not under visa waiver program are required to obtain a visa to enter Japan. If you are uncertain about your visa requirement please consult your nearest Japanese Embassy / Consulate or visit the website of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan. （ http://www.mofa.go.jp/index.html ）

□TO OBTAIN ENTRY VISA

Participants who need to apply for a Japanese visa, please first register for PASMISS by filling out the attached “Registration and Visa Application Form” and send the completed form to the congress secretariat by FAX to +81-3-5289-8117 c/o The 9th PASMISS organizing company.
